The team at Back Schwartz Vaughan are delighted to have assisted Baxter Road Hotel Pty Ltd in their application for the grant of an on-premises licence, for a new accommodation venue at 56 Baxter Road, Mascot.
The Moxy on-premises licence is endorsed with a primary service authorisation and an extended trading authorisation and has the benefit of multiple approved business activities – namely “restaurant”, “accommodation” and “catering services”.
The Application to the NSW Liquor and Gaming for the grant of the Licence (with all endorsements) was accompanied by a BSV prepared Community Impact Statement, that was ultimately approved by the Liquor and Gaming when it granted the Application.
The new ‘Moxy Sydney Airport’ is set to open on the 22nd August 2023. Described as “unconventional”, Moxy will be an exciting new addition to the hotel options near the Sydney Airport. This hotel is aimed at a new demographic of consumers; youthful travellers and business goers who place more value on technology, socializing and personalisation of services than ever before.
