BSV congratulate Qantas Epiqure on their successful move in Mascot. The team at BSV cut the “red tape” and costs associated with removal applications, and arranged for the application to be approved through what is commonly known as a double change of boundaries application, effectively moving the licence from one building to another in Mascot.

BSV is pleased to have assisted the team at Lomati Pty Ltd to obtain two on-premises (restaurant) liquor licences for their development at 75 Fitzroy Street. Located in the heart of Surry Hills, the licences will allow the future tenants to serve liquor to accompany meals served at each restaurant.
