Adding to its offerings of a great selection of beers and German inspired food, Bavarian Bier Café Miranda has now had approved a change business type application to allow it to serve its famous beers to patrons attending functions and events at the Restaurant

Dainty Sichuan Noodle Express is a restaurant brand synonymous in Melbourne with mouth-watering Chinese food. Luckily for Sydney, their owners spotted a Sichuan shaped gap in our Chinese restaurant market and have opened shop in World Square, a growing food hub at the southern end of the Sydney CBD and on the edge of Chinatown.

Fujisaki, a Peruvian-Japanese Restaurant set in Sydney’s newly established food precinct at Barangaroo, worked with BSV and was recently granted an on-premises liquor licence by Liquor & Gaming NSW. This is Lotus Group’s newest undertaking set in a beautiful new space with the harbour visible through its large glass frontage.

After receiving its On-Premises Liquor Licence earlier this year, Back Schwartz Vaughan is pleased to have assisted Vizio Caffe e Cucina to expand its licensed boundaries to include an outdoor dining area just in time for Sydney’s warm summer evenings.

The NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority has approved of the application for the grant of a new packaged liquor licence at the Corner of Beecroft Road and Hannah Street, Beecroft.  The BWS Beecroft store will form part of a new mixed use residential and commercial/retail development in Beecroft

We are pleased to announce a packaged liquor licence has been granted for a new retail liquor store in Kings Langley.  The store will be branded BWS – Beer Wine Spirits and will be associated with an existing Woolworths Supermarket that has successfully traded as part of the Kings Langley Shopping Centre for many years.  

The NSW Independent Liquor & Gaming Authority has approved of the application to remove an existing packaged liquor license within the same suburb of Nelson Bay. The BWS Nelson Bay store is located alongside the existing Woolworths Supermarket at 28-32 Stockton Street, Nelson Bay. It will carry approximately 1,500 different products, providing a wide selection of products at competitive prices. 

BSV is pleased to announce that the ILGA has approved of the application to remove an existing packaged liquor licence to 607-611 Hume Highway, Casula. The liquor licence will be reactivated at this location trading under the business name BWS – Beer Wine Spirits. 

Last November BSV was excited to announce that Chin Chin Sydney had its On-Premises licence and Primary Service of authorisation granted by the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority.
