The 57-seater Mexican destination provides a distinct new experience for Sydneysiders in a setting inspired by the great Mexican artist Frida Kahlo who lived at the location of Londres 126 in the 1940s and was famous for her decadent parties and gatherings.

Chaos vessel
The 98 ft Sunseeker superyacht “Chaos” has had its application for a new on-premises (vessel) licence approved in time for summer trade. We congratulate the operators of Chaos on this approval and wish them the best of luck in providing their clientele with the best views of Sydney Harbour, dining packages and of course a variety of liquor options on board the impressive superyacht.
Small Bar Operators
A small bar licence allows liquor to be sold for consumption in a bar that is restricted to a maximum of 120 patrons, without gaming. Standard trading hours for small bar licences are from 12 noon to 2 am without any trading hours risk loading fees, depending on the terms of your development consent.
