We congratulate Endeavour Group on the recent approval of their packaged liquor licence (PLL) within the neighbourhood shopping centre in Kellyville. The 2-level Centre will consist of a Woolworths Supermarket, specialty tenancies, commercial premises, and a childcare and medical centre alongside the BWS store.

We congratulate Birdies Mini Golf Bar, Ryde on the recent approval of their Special Occasion Extended Trading Authorisation (ETA) increasing their trading hours during the 2022 FIFA World Cup). We are pleased to have once again assisted the Endeavour Group in the grant of yet another packaged liquor licence (PLL) - this time in Leppington. The BWS Store will be located alongside a Woolworths Supermarket in a new shopping centre to be known as Leppington Village.

We are pleased to have assisted our clients at the Balmoral Corner Store to recommence trading with a previously dormant liquor licence that was attached to their current premises. As licences are marked as dormant when a business ceases to trade, the Balmoral Corner Store’s new occupancy in a previous restaurant premises required a Re-Commence Trading application to renew the site’s on premises licence and primary service authorisation (PSA).

We’re pleased to have assisted Ribs and Burgers, Zetland, with their recently approved primary service authorisation (PSA) application. This PSA adds to the existing on-premises (restaurant) licence and now allows the business to purchase alcohol on its own, separate to a meal.

We congratulate Peter and Athena at Bathers on their recently approved on-premises licence at its new exciting location in a prominent beachside position at the southern end of Coogee Beach. An on-premises licence permits the sale and supply of alcohol to patrons with a genuine meal at the venue – it is well-suited to the Bathers proposed business model.

We are grateful to have assisted the Kogarah Town Centre on their recently approved application for an on-premises (restaurant) licence for Baithak Restaurant. The approval ensured Baithak can commence the opening process and arrange to begin trading with confidence in their swifty approved licence.

We’re pleased to have assisted Ribs and Burgers, Drummoyne, with the recent approval of their primary service authorisation (PSA) application. Their PSA now adds to the existing on-premises (restaurant) licence, and expands the business’ capability from serving alcohol ancillary to a meal to now allowing patrons to purchase alcohol on its own, without having a meal alongside it.

When merging and growing businesses, it is important to have a clear direction about how liquor licences can be successfully moved to another trading location. We are proud to have assisted our long term clients at Lion Beer, Spirits and Wine Pty Ltd (Lion) in the recent removal of three (3) existing liquor licences to a more suitable trading location in the Sydney CBD (i.e. two packaged liquor licences, and a producer wholesaler licence).

We are pleased to have again assisted the Endeavour Group (Endeavour) on the recent approval of their packaged liquor licence for their new BWS branded bottle shop in Lidcombe. The BWS store will be adjacent to a Metro style Woolworths Supermarket and will form part of a one-stop contemporary supermarket environment incorporated into Sydney Olympic Park’s brand new Carter Street Precinct.

We are pleased to have assisted Front Page Catering with their recently approved application for an on-premises liquor licence with a sale on other premises authorisation (SOOPA). BSV’s expertise created a unique licensing option that best fits our client’s needs.

Our clients at Ash Hospitality have recently received approval for the removal of their on-premises (restaurant) licence from their current venue in Cromer, to an exciting new site in St Leonards. This type of licence permits the sale and supply of alcohol to patrons alongside a meal at the venue. Acclaimed as one of Australia’s finest modern Middle Eastern eateries, ‘Coya’ required the urgent removal of their existing on premises (restaurant) licence to their new premises.

We are pleased to have assisted our clients with the recent approval of their small bar licence for Sakura Bar Café at 29 Albion Street, Surry Hills. Sakura Bar Café offers a small bar atmosphere between 12 Noon and 12 Midnight, 7 days a week.
