Waterfront Grill, Darling Harbour
Back Schwartz Vaughan is pleased to announce the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority’s decision to grant a Primary Service Authorisation to one of Sydney’s leading dining venues, the Waterfront Grill in Darling Harbour. Having only previously held a Restaurant Licence, this Primary Service Authorisation, obtained by Back Schwartz Vaughan on behalf of Waterfront Grill, will now permit Waterfront Grill to provide its customers with alcoholic refreshments without the previous requirement of these refreshments being served ancillary to a meal.

The NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority has officially granted Yayoi, located on Level 3 of Market City in the heart of Sydney’s Chinatown, a Restaurant Licence.
